  1. Hi everyone! After upgrade from 8.1.3 to 8.3.2 faced with issue, that sorting for promotions are broken. Previously it has ASC sorting, I have 45 pages of promocodes generated by marketing team or clients. And no I can select just need page because on page 20 I have codes without sorting. Is it possible to fix this? The same situation with 8.4.1 version. All page start from 0 to 9 and from A to Z, but each page contain the same.

  3. Today I faced with the same issue on one of my active client. Did you fixed this error?
  4. Hi, After upgrade from v7 as you know all account and sub-contacts was moved to Users. But we faced an issue when the user changes his email in the Profile tab, this email address was not updated in the User tab. And the same situation if the User changes his email address in User settings, this Email doesn't update in the main Profile. Is this logic are normal?? I understand if the user who was not an owner was changed his email, it's ok, but when the owner changes his email address why I must as a client change my email twice? P.S. very interesting why WHMCS doesn't use this functionality on their main site ) still testing?
  5. Faced with an issue on both our WHMCS systems (v7.10.2 and v8.0.1) when trying to update renewal prices for 10 years for any of our TLD, with different registrars when setting the renewal price it's setting the -1.00 instead the normal price. Domain sync doesn't activated.
  6. Faced with an issue when using standard Plesk module. When we try to suspend user account via WHMCS it suspends only a domain and subscription, and not suspending a user account. Here the output from modules log. I think it's a bug. Because Plesk provides an API command to disable(suspend) whole user account, domains, and subscriptions. Is it possible to change settings?
  7. Some TLD's domains have negative value before next due day. For example, .CH has deleted 10 before expiring date, or .DE has deleted 1 day before expiring. So what GracePeriod I should use? Regards
