    Edit Domain Name Registration Fields

@WHMCS ChrisD Apologies, it does actually load in the Domains Configuration page. But it's not looking right. Now the additional fields are loading below the regular fields. I thought I need to also delete these regular fields from the dist.additionalfields.php file, but instructions are to NOT edit this file. I just need the extra information inserted next to their relevant fields, such as : Your Business or Official Name Your ABN, ACN or Business Number thanks James

    Edit Domain Name Registration Fields

@WHMCS ChrisD Ok so I've created the new file: /resources/domains/additionalfields.php And added the customisations I need, and deleted the lines that I don't want to customise (see attachment).. and I've uploaded the file to the path as shown. However when the Domains Configuration page loads up with a .AU domain name to register, the customisations I have made are not showing up. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I believe i've followed the instructions properly, but I am not 100% sure. Again, thanks in advance for any assistance. cheers James

    Edit Domain Name Registration Fields

Thanks @WHMCS ChrisD I appreciate your response. I don't need to add any extra fields, I just want to add a bit more info to the text area in the current fields. I do remember ages ago editing a file which had these fields within. But it just escapes me which one it was. Are you able to shed any light on this further? cheers James
  4. Hi all, I've been searching for this question/answer for a while but I can't find it anywhere. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction? Essentially I need to add some extra information in the .AU domain registration fields as my customers are becoming confused when entering their Registrant Name and Registrant ID fields. So I need to know which file to edit so I can add some instructions. Eg where it says Registrant Name I would like to add in brackets (Your Name/Business/Company) and where it says Registrant ID I would like to add in brackets (Your matching ABN/ACN/Business Number) This way they are clear as to what to enter in these fields. I thank any/all in advance with any assistance you can offer. cheers james
  5. Hi we are looking for a local Melbourne based WHMCS integrator/developer who can assist us. We need this person to be local so we can meet up and show you in person what we need and discuss going forward a long term mutual relationship for ongoing enhancements, features etc etc. For many years we have been using cPanel and Xero with eWay and also use TPP Wholesale as our domain registrar. All our hosting accounts into WHMCS have been imported and some other set up has been done, but now need to 'marry up' the customers in our Xero with the customers in WHMCS and their domain names to go with that. We need help properly setting everything up including: Merge our customers in WHMCS and Xero so all are synchronised Merge all our customer domains so all are synchronised Integrate eWay into WHMCS so we can start selling monthly/annual hosting on automatic credit card direct debit. Anything else important for our cPanel, Xero, eWay and TPP Wholesale to talk to each other. We are located in Doncaster East, in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I look forward to any recommendations and/or introductions. Thanks in advance, James

    Easy WHMCS Module - Free

Excellent plugin, does exactly what it says. I can delete many customers in one go by selecting by tick box which customers to delete. Thank you for an excellent, free tool! cheers! James
  7. Thanks brian!, we have got it all working, and it works beautifully as you've described. Thanks to all who replied to me. It's truly appreciated! cheers James
  8. Thanks for trying to help. Yes a screenshot might be helpful. Attached is my screenshot showing one of our plan offerings. It would be good at this point for a customer to have the choice to select Monthly (shown as default) or choose Annual instead if they prefer. To be able to toggle between monthly and annual pricing would be a great option. We will try the advice shown at: and see if it sorts us out. Will post again here once we've applied this to our WHMCS. Thanks again guys!

    .com.au not available

Thanks for helping out guys. !brian, your suggestion worked perfectly. Thanks ChrisD also.
  10. Hi all We would like to give the customer the option to click/switch between monthly and annual pricing options when they are viewing our hosting plans. Apart from duplicating every hosting plan showing separately monthly plan and annual plan, which looks messy, i haven't found a way to achieve this. There are many hosting web sites which show hosting plans the way i want to show mine, but after going around in circles with WHMCS i can't work it out. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance James

    .com.au not available

Hi all We have set up using TPP Wholesale for our domain registrations/management. While '.com' domain names are searchable to register, any '.com.au' domain we search for comes back with 'domain name not available'. Even though when we do a search/whois on that domain it is available via our actual TPP Wholesale console. Any ideas how/why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance James

Install on PHP 7.1 or 7.2

Thanks for your advice guys. All working on PHP 7.0.x.
  13. Greetings We are a web hosting that has cPanel hosting (WHM) and we have PHP 5.6 through to 7.2 installed. We can install WHMCS on 5.6, but it would be more desirable to install on 7.2 or 7.1 at a minimum. In the install error_log file it shows: [01-Mar-2018 12:17:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: The file /home/diskmndn/public_html/myconsole/install/index.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6 and cannot run under PHP 7.1. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 7.1. in Unknown on line 0 I assume the provider of the 'script' is WHMCS, right? Is there any support for this yet? I'd hate to think we're going backwards and installing such sensitive scripts/software on upon nigh deprecated PHP platforms. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear. Thanks in advance guys. cheers James
