  1. Ok thanks. I will try emailing them again.
  2. Just wondering if anyone alse here that offers Marketgoo via WHMCS is having problems with the Bing and Yahoo statistics and reporting? Bing and Yahoo stats appear to be dead for every client we have who are using Marketgoo Pro. Some of them have been using the software for 6 months and stll no results. See attached. If we log into the Microsoft Bing search console there is plenty of useful data. Is Yahoo and Bing broken in Marketgoo Pro for everyone or only our install? Thanks for any confirmation either way.
  3. The update to the email preferences form looks great! Kudos to the MarketGoo team for the quick response and for dealing with this issue.
  4. More on this white label issue. Why is MarketGoo emailing my client's primary WHMCS email address every month instead of the email address that is entered into MarketGoo under "Settings - Email notifications". (Manage the email addresses you’d like us to send communications to.) Plus this direct email from MarketGoo sent to our clients WHMCS address this month both indicate "SEO progress: 0% - do better" despite the more detailed reports showing keyword improvements. One client is totally dismayed after receiving this unsolicited email first from MarketGoo. If the tech contact email address we entered under "Settings - Email notifications" received it perhaps there would be less kickback as the tech contact might understand better what it means. We need to disable this direct MarketGoo email or have it sent to the "Settings - Email notifications" address otherwise we will probably have to stop reselling the product as it is turning into a headache!
