    Hi @Burti I have attempted to replicate this issue, however I am unable to reproduce the described error on my end. Please see my screen recording here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ziok7utphkn790l/2019-10-16_18-04-45.MP4?dl=0 The reason this code may have worked in the past but not in 7.8 is that due to the more structured nature of the Pay Methods, the requirements and design schema of module is more strictly adhered to in order to use the correct Pay Method or potentially multiple available options.

    Hi there. This is not an error generated by WHMCS, but instead is being generated directly by your web server. There can be many reasons for such an error, including, but not limited to: - File and/or folder ownership - File and/or folder permissions - mod_proxy - mod_security If you are uncertain of how to resolve this 403 error, then I would recommend reaching out to your server administrator or hosting provider so that they can look into this for you.
  3. Hi @Ferreirrex Looking into this I can see that the issue is being caused by your custom order form template. Therefore we recommend switching to Standard Cart or one of it's children via Setup > General Settings > Order tab: https://docs.whmcs.com/Standard_Order_Form_Templates#Templates :)
  4. Hi @wesley98morgan The 'Could not instantiate mail function' error means you are using the PHPMail() 'Mail Type' option. The PHP Mail function uses the servers "mail" function which is not always reliable, nor does it generate a friendly error. Could not instantiate mail function means that when attempting to send the email, the server rejected it. Switching to SMTP under Setup > General Settings > Mail tab would allow you to have more descriptive errors when an issue does occur and is usually more reliable when sending emails. The $smtp_debug line can then be added to the configuration.php file to see the full log from the server: http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Sending_Issues#Troubleshooting

    Hello, @AMr Are you using cloudflare? If so, please add the Cloudflare IP ranges seen here https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/ to your Trusted Proxies inside WHMCS at Setup -> General Settings -> Security. You can read more about this here: https://docs.whmcs.com/Trusted_Proxy_Settings
  7. Hi @Vinicius Abreu This type of error usually occurs due to missing files or mismatched file versions in your installation. A fresh upload of the stock WHMCS full release files, overwriting existing files, should resolve this :)

    Hi @BunnyBloYT_Hosting Please download the latest full release of WHMCS from our website at https://download.whmcs.com/ and extract the google_analytics addon directory from it, and then upload it to the correct location (modules/addons/google_analytics) on your server.

    Hi @dxer I can confirm that the cron will catch up and generate any invoices that failed to generate previously. I would recommend opening a ticket so one of our Technical Analysts can take a closer look.

    Apple email sending problem

    Hi @ROQ Please note that there are multiple reasons why your emails may be sent to a spam folder or rejected, most relating to server configuration. WHMCS Email templates in themselves should not trigger any standard spam rules currently. As all IP addresses have been recycled or reused, it is possible that at some point in time your mail server IP address may have had a bad reputation, or if your mail server is in a shared hosting environment(or similar to one) other users mail habits can affect your reputation as well. Here are a few guidelines to help with this issue: 1.Check your mail servers IP to verify it is not listed in any black lists at https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx 2.Contact your web hosting or mail server provider for investigation into your IP reputation. They will be able to contact other email providers on your behalf. 3.Verify your domain has an accurate and strict SPF record setup, as well as a correct PTR record.
