  1. Hello, After sign up for the WHMCS license reseller program, you will have access to the WHMCS reseller module which allow to sell WHMCS license within your WHMCS installation.
  2. Good morning, We will be happy to help you. Here is what we suggest: You give us access to your IPMI and/or your provider control panel (we can do that with Teamviewer / AnyDesk / ...) for preliminary audit. We will suggest you the greatest technical approach and we will provide you a quote. You accept the quote and your first WHMCS module and its documentation will be issued in 10 days. (We can also setup the WHMCS module for you for free). You can request some adjustments. Feel free to contact us by PM or here: https://www.hostibox.eu/contact/

    IPMI API for Dedicated server for whmcs

    Hello, There is some solutions for you: Use the IPMI API. This implies that you need to develop your own WHMCS module for the IPMI. Put the IPMI behind a firewall. This is the proper solution if your IPMI doesn't have API to control IP whitelist. Use page crawling to configure your IPMI inside the WHMCS module. This is a very bad solution : as your the program will load each page of your IPMI as "human", any (very) small change on your IPMI interface may broke all your WHMCS module. And this solution might not work if you IPMI interface is relying on JavaScript. Allow only access to IPMI inside a VPN. Then, your WHMCS module role is to issue configuration file (.ovpn for example) to access to your VPN network. Put IPMI under a remote desktop session. Then, your WHMCS module role is to create/initiate a remote desktop session. However, in all these solutions, you have to develop a customized module.

    Custom support software integration

    Good morning, I'm trying to integrate our own support software with WHMCS. I've seen that there is a folder "support" under "modules". I think this is a better integration than overriding links in the template. But I didn't found any documentation about it. So, anyone to help me how to use this "feature"? Best regards.

    Modules for RouterOS

    Good morning, This is mainly because almost customers are web hosting providers. Are you referring to captive portal billing or is there any other cases to integrate a billing application to RouterOS?

    API doesn't answer correctly

    Good morning, I'm using API to sync pricing between WordPress and WHMCS, using GetProducts. The problem is when I make the request with a specific pid, there is no result (totalresult = NULL). But when I don't specify pid, all products are in the result, including the pid which I specified. What's wrong? Here is my code: <?php $ch = curl_init(); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, 'https://path.to.whmcs/includes/api.php'); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, http_build_query( array( 'action' => 'GetProducts', 'username' => 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx', 'password' => 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx', 'responsetype' => 'json', 'pid' => 53 ) ) ); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1); $response = curl_exec($ch); curl_close($ch); $response = json_decode($response); var_dump($response); ?>

    Apache crash after WHMCS migration

    Good morning, Thank you for this response. I've put this but there's still no errors displayed.
  14. Good morning, I was moving WHMCS installation from cPanel hosting to a ISPConfig hosting. After configuration adjustement, I think that the software has problem. When I access on WHMCS, its gives 500 Internal Server Error and Apache log is only that FastCGI empty header. And when I moved to Mod PHP mode, instead of PHP-FPM, there is no error logs but page doesn't open (Connection was reset). I looked on Google but there is no solutions. I has also increased PHP memory limit to 512 MB but it doesn't solve. Anyone can help ?
