  1. My WHMCS has been hacked several times. Typically I receive an email from the system about a user registration and a fake new order. Then the user(hacker) hacks it. This is one email from WHMCS when the user changed details (hacked): Well, currently my WHMCS is still hacked. The hacker have changed the admin login. This WHMCS is on a reseller account at Eleven2.com, but their support are of little or no help even though I got the license from them. I'd appreciate any advice on how to get the WHMCS back up and running and ways to prevent further hacks from happening. TIA
  2. There had been an issue with cron jobs, but cron jobs are now back and working. Still that clients invoice is not generated, no matter what I do. Is there a way to remove the clients hosting plan and then add it again, with a due date, say today? Maybe it will start working again if i do it.
  3. Hi, I got an a client whos due date for a webhosting service was the 28th nov, so 8 days ago. It's a monthly recurring service. The problem is that Whmc has not generated any new invoice. When I click "generate due invoices", it just replies 0 new invoices generated. And it still says the due date was 8 days ago. How do I fix this? Pleasa advice.
