I want to do the following in whcms,
Although I have enabled email piping by which my clients can open support ticket by email at suppose support@mydomain.com, but I have one difficulty that is when ever support department want to answer to ticket they have to login to whmcs and then reply to ticket.
my requirement is that I want to setup whmcs as such that the support department also can reply from their email instead of login again and again to whmcs support department.
