  2. Hi, Your help and support are appreciated in advance My all invoice not getting mark as paid, even after successfully payment received. Payment gateway log showing Successfully WHMCS Version: 7.7.1 CCAvenue payment gateway API V2 Note: I have move my WHMCS from (mysite.com/whmcs => whmcs.mysite.com) to a subdomain. previously it was working fine.
  3. Hello, I am facing issue while creating a cPanel account from WHMCS admin area. When i creating a new cPanel account it's showing successfully (but actually it is not creating) After the message show successful account created, i click on login to cPanel it's showing this error: Module Command Error cPanel API Response: You cannot create a session for the user “cpuser” because they do not exist. WHMCS Version: 7.1.2 and Server set to default with root user permission On the servers page (setup>>Products/services>>Servers) i can login to WHM successfully by click on the Login to WHM button further when i go to server edit page and test connection: it's show me error FAILED: Array While username and password same as previous page i login successfully.
  4. i was using whmcs and using Gsuite, it was working properly with SMTP since few days it stop sending mail via SMTP any one else facing issue. i have not update anything in my server (VPS), not in WHMCS, it is working with mail () $smtp_debug = true; CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO mydomain.com CLIENT -> SERVER: STARTTLS SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
