managed to determine it must be there internet as when using wifi they couldn't access it but when using 3g the site comes up have also tried several browsers and devices safari simply gives the error that the dns could not be found

So i have a client and i have registered a domain for them which i can access now they cant and havent been able to for days so i had them check they could reach the server by using http://ip/~username/ that was fine so the server is online for them i have also had them clear their dns but no matter what steps i can think of they just cant get on http://sitename.com does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

I'd like to make it so i get an email when a client updates their domains name servers and im not entirely sure how i would go about this as all i can see for like domain hooks is for creation, renewal etc. Is this actually possible to do using a hook?

Maybe check the language files are uploaded? Failing that enable error reporting in case there is an error

yes the cron will run when i do it through the browser but for some reason i just received an error this time Site error: the file <b>/home2/***/public_html/606/cron.php</b> requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. i have installed ioncube and my whmcs works so its definitely installed

Ive been having this problem for a while that my cron jobs wouldnt run i have since switched to a new server so im not sure why it still wont run the cron despite the url etc in the cron being fine and everything being there so any ideas would be great. Secondly none of my emails are being sent to the clients which again a new server im not sure if im missing something i know php mail script is enabled as i have tested this so again any help is appreciated

Well thankfully this time it was resolved by the client who closed his dispute He was quite surprised that his account got suspended. But if the money isn't in our account than his service isnt going to get done. and thanks ill keep that in mind for the next time it probably happens

Im just curious if anyone has ever won one of these against a client so far in total ive had two made including the current one and i lost the last one which cost me the cost of registering the domain name now another client has opened one which again will cost me the price of registering a domain name

So recently my cron job just stopped working ive remade it several times in the hope it would work but all i get now is a blank email to my account email with the subject set as the cron job can anyone suggest how i fix it or anything that could be wrong?

lol ive done that before well ive been editing the local version of the site and going why isnt it changing only to find i was viewing the server version but it is an absolute pain lol unlucky mate
