The {literal} tags stop any smarty parsing. That means, that the {$orderid} etc in your logic would never display. I would recommend taking out the literal tags, and replacing use of { and } anywhere you don't have a smarty variable with the {ldelim} and {rdelim} appropriately. See https://www.smarty.net/docs/en/language.function.ldelim.tpl for more information on that. Hope this helps you.

Esoteric side point perhaps, but can we have the theme's JS and CSS split into their source versions on Github? Maybe even the SCSS/LESS source if that is how it's developed? At the moment we only get the combined production ready theme.css or invoice.css and the massive all.css and scripts.js files with combined third party css/js. https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/provide-source-css-and-js-for-client-side-templates-on-github

Hi All, I figure that this is a given, but the "Six"-based bootstrap 3 themes are still compatible with 8.1, correct? I see there have been changes in the Github repo for "Six", so I imagine those are not updating Six to support Bootstrap 4. I just wanted to verify before I move forward with my changes for my products. In addition, it would be GREAT if you could add the "Blend" admin template, and all order forms to Github so we can easily see changes from release to release. Thanks!

Hi all, In 1.0.5 we've added a new feature; Ticket Reply Collision Detection! A slim-lined version of the feature in the main admin interface, in the app you'll see a prompt when submitting a reply if the ticket status changed since opening it. The prompt has the option to go back to reply screen or to post the reply regardless. We intentionally focussed on the ticket status for the collision detection in the mobile app, as that;s most common cause of a collision. Please give it a try and let us know your feedback!
