We're excited to announce the beta release of WHMCS 8.9. Be among the first to try out the new features and functionality by getting involved in the beta today.
With this in mind we need your help! The aim with pre-releases is to have them used in as many different configurations and scenarios as possible. There are so many different ways to leverage the functionality available in WHMCS, and so many modules, customizations and add-ons, that nothing beats real-life testing and feedback. Ultimately this allows us to provide a level of Quality Control and Assurance that goes beyond what we can simulate in the lab, and benefits everyone.
And we don't just want to know about things that are broken. It is equally as beneficial to us for you to tell us when you test something and it works as it should, as it is knowing about things we've broken. So please, keep us informed, tell us what you've tried, and what the results were, good or bad, and for those who contribute the most, we'll make sure you are recognized for it. 😃

Hi All, Is there a way to get WHMCS to validate the registrant ABN conforms to the requirements by the auDA(Australian Domain Registration authority). The requirements are set out by the auDA that mandate things like an Australian Business Number, and that the domain name needs to be either a close match of the name or related to the activities of the business. As it's a governing body requirement, should WHMCS not be checking while domain registrations are placed? -

Hi, I want to know what it will cost me for someone to develop a module that can make products/services that have prorata billing charge for full month in the initial month. Explanation follows: Normally when you enable prorata billing for a product/service, it will deduct the cost of the remaining days from the prorated day. So if your prorated day is 1st every month and your product cost 30 €. Customer places an order 15 April, they pay 45 € + taxes; 15 € for the current month, and 30 € for next month (May in this example), (so 15 € for April and 30 € for May). I want a module that can force some products/services to have full month payment. So 60 € + taxes in this example. Questions to answer: - I want to know if it is possible? - How much will it costs? - I want to open source the module and put it on Github and the WHMCS marketplace for free (so perhaps some goodwill in the price for developing it). Rules: - And I don't want PM's, I want full transparency in this community, your offer will be public. If you feel the urge to PM me, then I will will not accept your offer even if you make it for 1 €. -

This is not working for me.. I still get the "-" after domain where as the database have DIP for the product. -

We have some web hosting accounts with clients where we bundle with website maintenance services. The problem now is we set it up by adding a "free" hosting account and create a recurring invoice for the services. the problem is, if the client does not pay for the invoice for the service, we can't automatically suspend the free account. any suggestion on how this can be fixed? -
Hi everyone, I need to massively import a series of domains from old non-standard servers. Is there a way to do this by taking the data, for example, from csv sheets or something similar? Thank you -
I have customers with many domains and they complain about the fact that they receive too many invoices. They receive a single invoice for every day there's at least one domain with a different duedate in WHMCS. I have been breaking my head about this for a while now and I do wonder If I can make this work with a query like this? UPDATE tbldomains SET nextduedate=concat(year(nextduedate),'-',month(nextduedate),'-1'), nextinvoicedate=concat(year(nextinvoicedate),'-',month(nextinvoicedate),'-1'); It will change the duedate and nextinvoicedate to the first of the month. But I wonder if I can do this, will it work? Or will I break other WHMCS things by doing things like this?
